I lived this loop for years. All in or all off, nothing in between. Every plan worked until it didn't, and every time, I believe the problem was me.
I told myself the same story you are probably telling yourself if I had more discipline, if I had more motivation, if I could get my act together and get back on track.
So one summer I tried something different. I picked a handful of experiments — non-negotiables, I called them and I ran them for 30 days.
No perfect plan.
No starting over Monday.
Just a few things I'd actually keep doing when life got messy.
And here's what happened: Nothing Bad.
I didn't fall apart. The world didn't end because I stopped trying to do it all. If anything, I felt more like myself than I had in years.
That's where these 26 experiments came from. Not the habits that work when life is calm and everything goes to plan. The habits that hold up in real life. Even your most brutal weeks.
The ones that don't need a burst of motivation, a 5am alarm, or a complete lifestyle overhaul. The ones you can do at home, on vacation, or when you're just not feeling it.
